1- Abra uma nova imagem transparente de 900/600 Pixels

Preencha com o Gradiente.

2- Selections / Select All.

3- Abra o Tube "emma-tubes-400.png"

Copie e Cole na seleção

Selections / Select None

4- Effects / Image Effects / Seamless Tiling / Default

Adjust / Blur / Radial Blur:

14- Preencha com a cor do Plano de Fundo.
